Olivier intervenes in private equity and financing and acts on behalf of financial investors, GPs, LPs or banks. Olivier has also developed an expertise on blockchain deals, within a national and international context: drafting of white papers, ICO, approval of payment service providers, etc.
Graduated with a DEA in business law from the Business Law Institute of Aix-en- Provence, Loïc-Emmanuel was a partner at two national law firms which have offices abroad, before joining Nova Partners. He has been working for over 15 years in corporate, private equity, M&A and financing in particular for major groups and investment funds and has developped an expertise on cross-border deals.
